You can run or vote in NYC

Would you help me get this recognized on a national level???

Article IV Section 2 of the Constitution states: “The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States”.

Amendment 14 Section 1 of the Constitution states: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States…”

Means

Any person born in the USA or otherwise becomes a citizen of the USA and who is governed by the laws of the USA:

1. ARE Citizens of the USA.

2. ARE Citizens of the state they live in.

3. HAVE privileges and immunities granted them for being USA Citizens that no state law can deprive them of.

4. HAVE the same privileges and immunities granted them in the states they do not reside in as in the state they do reside in.

The implications of this means at the very least, for example, that a citizen of any state can register for, vote in and run in elections that take place in every other state, not just federal elections, but state and local elections.

This law needs to be recognized and implemented by the state legislatures and then signed by the state governors pronto.

So, WERE THIS LAW to be recognized by everyone as legal, for example, you could register to vote and run in NYC elections. So could Melania Trump, Kamala Harris, Joe Biden and Paul Ryan. Why?

If I as a NYC and NY STATE resident ENJOY the privileges and immunities to vote and run in NYC elections. Then, anyone else in any state can also ENJOY those same privileges and immunities if they wanted them. We have equal protection under the law according to the 14th Amendment Section 1, so the state can’t treat people from another state differently than people in their own state without a good enough reason. And there is not a good enough reason to go against the Constitution.
